Prepare the Garlic Aioli

Make the Aioli

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Shrimp and Peppers

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and espelette pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
