Ingredients: 2 pounds Pork belly; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Black pepper; 1 cup Ssamjang (Korean soybean paste); 2 tbs Honey; 2 tbs Soy sauce; 1 tbs Gochujang (Korean chili paste); 2 tbs Garlic, minced; 1 tbs Sesame oil; 2 tbs Sesame seeds

Rub the pork belly with salt and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Season the Pork Belly

Preheat the Grill

Place the pork belly on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 15-20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 15-20 minutes until nicely charred and cooked through.

Grill the Pork Belly

During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the ssamjang glaze on the pork belly generously, allowing it to caramelize slightly.

In a small pan, toast sesame seeds over medium heat until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
