Grilled Pork Tenderloin Ingredients
Method
Grilled Pork Tenderloin Directions
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
Marinate the Pork
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Pork
Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the pork on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
