Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. This will be used to marinate the sea bass.
- 2
Marinate the Sea Bass
Place the Chilean sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
While the fish is marinating, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). On a baking sheet, arrange the trimmed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4
Bake the Fish and Vegetables
After marinating, place the sea bass fillets on the baking sheet with the vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the vegetables are tender.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the Chilean sea bass alongside the roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
