Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Caramelized Onions

Thinly slice the onions. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are golden brown and caramelized. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Truffle Aioli

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with truffle oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  3. 3

    Form the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the beef into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  4. 4

    Cook the Beef Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of brie on each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Toast the Brioche Rolls

Slice the brioche rolls in half. On the same grill or skillet, toast the insides of the rolls until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Sliders

Spread a generous amount of truffle aioli on the bottom half of each brioche roll. Place a beef patty with melted brie on top, followed by a spoonful of caramelized onions. Top with the other half of the roll.
