Preparing the Meats
Start by trimming excess fat from the pork shoulder and brisket. Season with your favorite dry rub and let sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

- 3
Smoking the Turkey
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Smoke it for about 4-5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 4
Smoking the Chicken
Season the whole chickens with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Smoke for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The chicken legs should be seasoned and smoked in the same manner.

Cooking the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the ribs and season with a dry rub. Smoke the ribs for about 5-6 hours at the same temperature, wrapping them in foil after 3 hours for extra tenderness.

Serving
Once all meats are cooked, let them rest for 30 minutes before slicing or pulling apart. Serve family-style on a large platter or board.
