Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and chopped lobster. Mix well to combine.

Bake the Dish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumb mixture evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
