1. Marinate the Shrimp

In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the Skewers

While the shrimp is marinating, soak the rosemary skewers in water for about 15 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

3. Skewer the Shrimp

After marinating, thread the shrimp onto the rosemary skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.

4. Grill the Shrimp

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewered shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.

5. Serve

Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with additional rosemary if desired.
