Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Season the King Salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make Crispy Garlic

In a small saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown and crispy. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Once done, remove from heat and strain the garlic from the oil. Set the crispy garlic aside on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat a little of the strained garlic oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice sear.

  4. 4

    Finish the Dish

Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle the Thai seafood dressing and truffle oil over the top of each fillet. Garnish with the crispy garlic.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Salmon Noir immediately, and enjoy with your favorite sides.
