Steep the Hibiscus
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat. Let it steep for about 15 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
After steeping, strain the liquid into a pitcher to remove the hibiscus flowers.

Add Sweetener
While the liquid is still warm, stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.

Flavor the Drink
Add lemon juice to the mixture, and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar to taste.

Serve
Add ice cubes to the individual serving glasses, pour the hibiscus drink over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
