    Prepare the Strawberries

    Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then place them in a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Prepare the Apricot

    Chop the dried apricots into small pieces and set aside.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a shaker, combine the blended strawberries, Cuervo Tradicional Plata tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and black pepper. Add ice and shake well.

Serving

    Serve the Margarita

    Rim a glass with salt. Strain the mixture into the glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and sprinkle some chopped dried apricot on top.
