Preparation
Mix the Base
In a shaker, combine the Appleton Estate Signature Blend rum and real peach molasses. Shake well to mix the ingredients.
Combine with Sangria
Add the sangria to the shaker with the rum and peach mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with sparkling wine for that effervescent finish.
Garnish
Garnish the drink with fresh peach slices on the rim of the glass.
