Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and blackened. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, chop the Romaine lettuce and toss it with Caesar dressing until well coated.
