Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Dice the Saku tuna into small cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make the Goat Cheese Foam

In a blender, combine goat cheese with a little water (about 60 ml) and blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency as needed.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cucumber

Julienne the cucumber into thin strips and set aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the Wontons

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles and fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Poke

In a bowl, layer the marinated tuna, cucumber strips, and drizzle the goat cheese foam on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with fried wontons on the side.
