Marinate the Paneer
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Paneer
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Blend the Sauce
Once the tomatoes are soft, blend the mixture into a smooth paste.

Cook the Sauce
Return the blended sauce to the pan, add cream, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked paneer to the sauce, mix gently, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
