Prepare the Paneer
Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes or slices and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Gradually add water to make a smooth batter.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.

Coat and Fry
Dip each piece of paneer in the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Carefully place the coated paneer pieces in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Drain and Serve
Remove the fried paneer pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of choice.
