Prepare the Tuna Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Take a potato chip and place a generous spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture on top. Repeat with remaining chips.
