Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

2. Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4. Bake the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5. Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with extra lemon wedges and fresh dill if desired.
