1. Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2. Make the Teriyaki Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until combined.

3. Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a little oil and cook the chicken pieces until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
