Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Mushroom Caps
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set aside the caps. Finely chop the stems for the filling.
Sauté the Spinach
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Stuffing and Baking
Stuff the Mushroom Caps
Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese and spinach mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Serving
Serve
Remove the stuffed mushroom caps from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy as an appetizer or a side dish!
