1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Mushroom Caps

Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set aside the caps. Finely chop the stems for the filling.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
