Method

Cookies

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3

Cream Butter and Sugars

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

4

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

5

Combine Mixtures

Gradually blend the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.

6

Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly into the cookie dough.

7

Scoop onto Baking Sheet

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.

8

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Milk

9

Prepare Milk

Pour the whole milk into shot glasses, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

10

Serve

Serve the shot glasses of milk alongside the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
