Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bread the Chicken
Dredge the chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Dip it into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Roast the Chicken
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Add Lobster Mushrooms
Stir in the chopped lobster mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they are tender.

Pour in the heavy cream and add chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
