In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and crumbly.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or a similar-sized tart pan to form an even crust. Set aside.

Place your glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill it before serving.

Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and pour in 12 oz of Smithwick's Irish Ale.

Place the Pabst Blue Ribbon beer in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is cold and refreshing.

If using, slice the lime into wedges and set aside. Prepare a small dish with salt if you prefer a salted rim.

Prepare the Garnish

Open the chilled can or bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon and pour it into a clean beer glass, allowing for a small amount of foam to form at the top.

If desired, rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge before dipping it into the salt. Serve with a lime wedge on the side or floating on top of the beer.

Before serving, ensure that the Bud Light beer is chilled. Place the beer in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in a cooler with ice for about 30 minutes.

Select a clean glass, preferably a pint glass, to serve the Bud Light. If you prefer a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt.

Prepare Glassware

Open the can or bottle of Bud Light. Tilt the glass at a 45-degree angle and slowly pour the beer into the glass. Gradually straighten the glass as you pour to create a proper head of foam.

If desired, add a lime wedge to the rim of the glass for an extra burst of flavor. Serve immediately, and enjoy responsibly.

Pour the vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and lemon juice into the shaker.

In a large mash tun, combine the pale malt, crystal malt, and roasted barley with 20 liters of water. Heat the mixture to 66°C (151°F) and hold for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 1: Mash the Grains

After the mash is complete, sparge the grains with hot water at around 75°C (167°F) until you collect about 25 liters of wort.

Step 2: Sparge the Grains

Bring the wort to a boil and add the Fuggle hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding the East Kent Goldings hops in the last 15 minutes of the boil.

Step 3: Boil the Wort

After boiling, cool the wort rapidly to around 20°C (68°F) using a wort chiller or an ice bath.

Step 4: Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermenter, and pitch the ale yeast. Seal the fermenter with an airlock.

Step 5: Pitch the Yeast

Allow the beer to ferment at a stable temperature of 18-20°C (64-68°F) for about 1-2 weeks, until fermentation is complete.

Step 6: Fermentation Period

Once fermentation is complete, sanitize your bottles and caps. Prepare a priming solution by boiling 100g of sugar in 200ml of water.

Step 7: Prepare for Bottling

Add the priming solution to the beer, then carefully siphon the beer into the bottles, leaving about 2 cm of headspace.

Step 8: Bottle the Beer

Cap each bottle securely and store them in a dark, cool place for carbonation, which should take about 1-2 weeks.

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice and 1 tsp of salt. Stir briefly and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Prepare Rice

Once the rice is cooked, pour in 2 cups of vegetable broth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well and let simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh cilantro. Serve in bowls and top with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.

In a large pot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Boil the Water

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and stir in 2 cups of dried malt extract until fully dissolved.

Add Malt Extract

Add the crystal malt to the pot and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Keep the temperature around 150°F (65°C).

Steep the Grains

After steeping, strain out the grains and return the liquid (wort) to the pot.

Remove Grains

Bring the wort back to a boil and add 1 oz of Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding 1 oz of Citra hops in the last 10 minutes of the boil.

After boiling, cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or by placing the pot in an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).

Transfer the cooled wort into a sanitized fermenter, leaving behind any sediment.

Transfer to Fermenter

Sprinkle the packet of American Ale yeast over the surface of the wort. Seal the fermenter with an airlock.

Allow the beer to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks, or until bubbling in the airlock slows significantly.

In a small pot, dissolve 3 oz of priming sugar in 2 cups of boiling water to create a priming solution.

Prepare Bottling Solution

Once the fermentation is complete, carefully mix the priming solution with the beer in the fermenter, avoiding excessive oxygen exposure.

Mix with Beer

Fill sanitized bottles with the beer mixture, leaving about 1 inch of headspace at the top. Cap the bottles securely.

Bottle the Beer

Store the bottles at room temperature for 1-2 weeks to allow carbonation to develop.

Condition

After carbonation, chill the bottles in the refrigerator, then serve cold and enjoy your Gumball Head beer!
