Method
Prepare the Garlic Aioli
Make the Aioli
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Cook the Burger
Form the Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.
Add Cheese
Flip the patties, place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty, and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your liking.

Make Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and add the minced garlic. Stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Burger
Toast the Buns
While the burger is cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
