Toppings

Bun and Aioli

Method

Prepare the Garlic Aioli

1

Make the Aioli

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cook the Burger

2

Form the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

3

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side.

4

Add Cheese

Flip the patties, place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty, and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your liking.

Prepare Garlic Butter

5

Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and add the minced garlic. Stir until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Assemble the Burger

6

Toast the Buns

While the burger is cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

7

Build the Burger

Spread garlic butter on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place the burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by a slice of tomato and a leaf of butter lettuce. Add a generous dollop of garlic aioli on the top half of the bun before closing.
