Preparation of Mushroom Medley

1. Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean and slice the mixed mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

2. Prepare Cipollini Onion

Peel and thinly slice the cipollini onion.

3. Prepare Garlic

Mince the garlic cloves.

4. Sauté Cipollini Onion

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced cipollini onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

5. Cook Mushroom Medley

Add the garlic and mixed mushrooms to the skillet. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and browned.

Flatbread Assembly

6. Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

7. Prepare Flatbread

Brush each piece of flatbread with olive oil on both sides. Season with salt and black pepper.

8. Bake Flatbread

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are lightly crisp.

Final Assembly

9. Add Mushroom Medley

Once the flatbreads are baked, remove them from the oven and evenly distribute the mushroom medley over the top.

10. Add Burrata Cheese

Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them on top of the mushroom medley.

11. Add Arugula and Balsamic Glaze
