Cocktail Preparation
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of white rum, 3 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 1 cup of ice cubes.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain Into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Strawberry Drizzle Preparation
Prepare Strawberries
In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh strawberries, 2 tbs of sugar, and 2 tbs of water.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is fully dissolved.
Drizzle Over Cocktail
Using a spoon, drizzle the strawberry mixture over the top of the cocktail in the glass.
