In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
2. Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
3. Cook the Chicken
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
4. Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
