1. Prepare the Glass

2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Pierre Ferrand Cognac, Triple Sec, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake and Strain
Shake well until chilled, then strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
4. Top with Cava
Gently top the cocktail with Cava.
