Filet Kabobs

Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by cutting the beef tenderloin into 1-inch cubes. Chop the red bell pepper and onion into similar-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.

2

Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Assemble the Kabobs

Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms onto skewers, alternating the ingredients until the skewers are filled.

4

Grill the Kabobs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.

5

Cook the Breakfast Potatoes

While the kabobs are grilling, cook the breakfast potatoes according to your preferred method (boiling, frying, or baking) until golden and crispy.

6

Prepare Grilled Vegetables

Season the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then grill them alongside the kabobs for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

7

Serve

Once the kabobs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the kabobs with breakfast potatoes and grilled seasoned vegetables on the side.
