Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and scallops. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn opaque. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, chop them into smaller pieces.

Prepare the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
Making the Stuffing

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked seafood, sautéed vegetables, crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and white wine (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Bake the Txangurro
Place the filled shells on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
