Stuffed Redfish Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Redfish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the redfish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fish

Carefully spoon the crab mixture onto the center of each redfish fillet. Fold the fillets over the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  4. 4

    Cook the Redfish

Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed redfish and season with additional salt and pepper. Place the fish in a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
