Method

Classic Cola

    Prepare the Base

    In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

    Add Flavors

    Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and add caramel color, caffeine, phosphoric acid, and natural flavors. Stir well to combine.

    Combine with Carbonated Water

    Allow the mixture to cool, then mix with carbonated water in a large pitcher. Serve over ice.

Lemon-Lime Soda

    Prepare the Base

    In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Remove from heat and stir in citric acid and natural lemon and lime flavors. Mix thoroughly.
