Cooking Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Branzino
Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make diagonal slashes on both sides of the fish.
Season the Fish
Rub the harissa paste all over the fish, including inside the cavity. Season with salt and black pepper.
Stuff the Fish
Stuff the cavity of the fish with fresh herbs, diced preserved lemon, and barberries.
Prepare the Radishes
Toss the halved radishes in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast
Place the branzino on a baking sheet and surround it with the seasoned radishes. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your roasted branzino with the radishes and any additional fresh herbs on top.
