Directions
1. Prepare the Eggs
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
2. Boil the Eggs
Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12-14 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool.
3. Halve and Season
Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Place the egg halves on a serving platter, cut side up.
4. Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together the za'atar, scallions, chile, lemon juice, olive oil, cilantro, sumac, salt, and black pepper.
