Chicken Fingers Preparation

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into finger-sized strips and set aside.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in the third bowl.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned bread crumbs. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle the coated chicken strips with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Prepare Steamed Broccoli
Steam the broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Serve Cottage Cheese
Scoop cottage cheese into a serving bowl.

Prepare French Fries
If using frozen French fries, bake according to package instructions until crispy. If making from scratch, cut potatoes into strips, season, and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
