Baby Back Ribs

Deviled Egg Potato Salad

Baked Beans

Method

Baby Back Ribs

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).

2

Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over the ribs.

3

Smoke the Ribs

Place the ribs in the smoker or on the grill. Smoke for about 4-5 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.

4

Glaze with BBQ Sauce

During the last 30 minutes of smoking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Allow it to caramelize before removing from heat.

Deviled Egg Potato Salad

5

Cook the Potatoes

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool.

6

Prepare the Eggs

Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs, setting aside a couple of egg yolks for garnish.

7

Mix the Salad

In a large bowl, combine cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

8

Garnish and Serve

Chop the reserved egg yolks and sprinkle over the top along with chopped green onions. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Baked Beans

9

Prepare the Beans

In a saucepan, combine canned baked beans, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, mustard, and finely chopped onion.

10

Cook the Beans

Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors meld.
