For the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Start by seasoning the boneless chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
For the Sweet Asian Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Thicken the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Slowly add this to the simmering sauce while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.
For the Spicy Cream Cheese Mix

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mix
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sriracha sauce, and chopped green onions. Mix until well blended.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of the sandwich bun, spread a generous amount of the spicy cream cheese mix. Add a piece of the crispy chicken on top, drizzle the sweet Asian sauce over it, and finish with a handful of wonton strips. Top with the other half of the bun.
