Method

Honey-Glazed Ham

    Prepare the Ham

    Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

    Make the Glaze

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

    Bake the Ham

    Brush the glaze over the ham and bake for about 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally.

Oven-Roasted Turkey

    Prepare the Turkey

    Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove the giblets and pat the turkey dry.

    Season the Turkey

    Rub olive oil over the turkey and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

    Roast the Turkey

    Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 13-15 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Herb-Rubbed Pork

    Prepare the Pork

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.

    Make the Herb Rub

    Combine olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over the pork.

    Roast the Pork

    Place the pork in a baking dish and roast for about 25 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Round of Beef

    Prepare the Beef

    Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the beef round roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Place the beef in a roasting pan and roast for about 20 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
