    In a bowl, mix together olive oil, chile powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.

    Marinate the Ribs

    Rub the marinade all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Ribs

    Remove the ribs from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Grill the ribs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char.

    Once cooked, drizzle lime juice over the ribs and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
