Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Pinwheels

Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped green onions, sliced black olives, and fresh cilantro on top of the cream cheese mixture.

  3. 3

    Roll and Chill

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Once rolled, wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

  4. 4

    Slice and Serve

After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and unwrap them. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
