Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the pork loin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Make the Herb Rub

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a paste.

  3. 3

    Rub the Pork

Spread the herb mixture evenly over the pork loin, making sure to coat all sides generously.

  4. 4

    Roast the Pork

Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and put it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
