Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the pork loin under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

Make the Herb Rub
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a paste.

Rub the Pork
Spread the herb mixture evenly over the pork loin, making sure to coat all sides generously.

Roast the Pork
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and put it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
