Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tomahawk Ribeye

Take the dry-aged tomahawk ribeye out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30-60 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Drizzle olive oil over the ribeye and rub it evenly. Season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribeye

Preheat a grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, place the ribeye on the grill/skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the ribeye from the heat and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

  5. 5

    Prepare Sides

While the steak is resting, bake the potato in the oven or microwave until tender. Prepare the enchilada according to package instructions, and wash and dress the organic greens.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the tomahawk ribeye and serve it alongside the baked potato, enchilada, and a side of organic greens.
