Directions

1. Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add the egg, ground almonds, cinnamon, lemon zest, and salt to the mixture. Mix until combined.

4. Chill the Dough

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

5. Prepare the Filling

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.

6. Take about two-thirds of the chilled dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides of the tart pan.

7. Add the Jam
