Prepare the Sausages
In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the pork sausages and reduce the heat to simmer. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.

Season the Sausages
While the sausages are cooking, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Once the sausages are done, sprinkle the seasoning mixture over them.

Place each sausage in a hot dog bun, add a dollop of mustard, and serve with a side of Pommes Frites.
