Add the shredded chicken breast and crumbled bacon to the skillet, mixing well with the sautéed vegetables.

Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
