Prepare the Chicken
Cut boneless chicken wings into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Coat the Chicken
Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken wings with your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Honey) and toss until evenly coated.
