Preparation

  1. 1

    Chop the Vegetables

Begin by washing all the vegetables. Dice the tomatoes, green peppers, and onions into small pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent. Then, add the green peppers and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender. Finally, add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Add the Cheese

Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sautéed vegetable mixture.

  2. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place the skillet back on the stovetop over low heat, cover with a lid, and let it cook for about 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve Hot

Once the cheese has melted, remove the skillet from heat. Serve the Comfort Zone™ warm straight from the skillet, or transfer to a serving dish. Enjoy!
