Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in a second dish, and breadcrumbs in a third dish. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 3
Bake the Chicken
Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), and they are golden brown.

Add Toppings
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each chicken breast. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Serve with Sauce
Drizzle hot sauce over the cheesy chicken breasts. Serve with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
