Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the Marsala wine and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Broth and Finish
Add the chicken broth to the skillet and return the chicken to the pan. Simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced slightly.

Add Butter and Serve
Stir in the butter until melted and mixed into the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
