Herb Crust
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Herb Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped parsley, thyme, dill, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a herb paste.
- 2
Coat the Cod
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Evenly spread the herb mixture over the top of each fillet.
- 3
Bake the Cod
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Prepare the Orange Glaze
While the cod is baking, in a small saucepan, combine fresh orange juice, honey, and soy sauce over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Serve
Once the cod is done baking, remove from the oven and drizzle the orange glaze over the top. Serve immediately.
